The central theme was China\u2019s goal to be the world\u2019s top innovator by 2030. By 2049 China also intends to lead the world in science and technology; just in time for the 100th anniversary of the People\u2019s Republic. Innovation is becoming the new battle ground not only for business, but for government.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-1074\" src=\"https:\/\/www.larrylawhead.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Agile_Innovation.jpeg\" alt=\"Agile Innovation\" width=\"184\" height=\"274\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Enter the book, Agile Innovation.
