To whom it my concern,

I've enjoyed working with Larry over the past year. I've found his e-commerce analysis documents (flowcharts, diagrams, etc) and use cases thorough and clear.

Larry was very conscientious and also has the invaluable ability to communicate and work well with both users and developers.

He's definitely a self-starter that needs little supervision and he often worked overtime during our e-commerce project to get things done. I would not hesitate working with him on future projects.
