To whom it may concern,

I worked with Larry Lawhead Starting in October of 2001 for several years at PhysicianWebLink. He was a business analyst and I was a software engineer.

Larry consistently exceeded everyone's expectations for dedication, followup, and insight. The company is a healthcare concern, which is appropriate because Larry's approach is like that of a good physician. He listens carefully, doesn't rush to judgement, is compassionate but resolute - only his handwriting is better.

He was an absolute pleasure to work with and was so well regarded people still ask about him. His documentation skills are legendary and the templates he created are still in use. He understands the software development lifecycle AND business concerns and can speak to and translate between any type of audience.

Larry's departure left a hole at PWL that took two years to fill adequately. He has such a personable way of working, even under the most stressful conditions, that it provided a genuine team atmosphere that persisted intact for years after he left. That kind of longevity and good feeling is rare in any development shop.

I would recommend Larry without hesitation to anyone looking for an analyst, programmer/analyst, technical writer, QA manager, build supervisor, or project manager.
